Provide Your Own Wig

This service is for those who want to provide their own wigs and would like them customized.

• Drop off/ pickup is available for all who are located in Columbia, SC. You can drop off or pickup 8:00am-5:00pm. 
• If you are shipping your wig the address will be provided as to where to ship your wig via confirmation email. 
• Orders that are either drop off/ pickup take 2-5 days.
• 7-10 business days is the turnaround time. The turnaround time begins once Kravee Hair receives your wig.  Please send your tracking number through the contact page on our website. 
• Email kraveebykey@gmail.com with your order number, and whether you will be shipping out your wig or doing drop off/pickup. Also include any additional information or questions.
