- The purpose of this service is to revamp and refresh wigs. Wig revamp service includes a shampoo, deep conditioning, and styling of your unit.
- Drop off/ pickup is available for all who are located in Columbia, SC. You can drop off or pickup 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Closure and Frontal replacement options are also available.
- If you are shipping your wig for revamp the address will be provided as to where to ship your wig via confirmation email.
- Orders that are either drop off/ pickup take 2-5 days.
- 7-10 business days is the turnaround time. The turnaround time begins once Kravee Hair receives your wig. 10-14 business day turnaround time for wigs that need a closure or frontal replacement. Please send your tracking number through the contact page on our website.
- Email kraveebykey@gmail.com with your order number, and picture of the wig in its current state also a picture of the lace inside and out, and whether you will be shipping out your wig or doing drop off/pickup. Also include any additional information and questions.
